Block Gambling Sites
The fastest thing you can do right now.
Willpower alone does not work against gambling urges. The smartest move is to make gambling harder to access. Here is how to block gambling sites on every device you use, for free.
On your phone (iOS)
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Tap Content Restrictions > Web Content > Limit Adult Websites.
Under "Never Allow", tap Add Website and add your gambling sites one by one (e.g. bet365.com, draftkings.com).
Tip: Ask someone you trust to set the Screen Time passcode so you cannot undo it.
On your phone (Android)
Download the free app "BlockSite" from the Google Play Store.
Open BlockSite and tap the + button.
Search for or type the gambling site you want to block.
Enable the schedule to block 24/7.
Tip: Turn on BlockSite's admin lock so you cannot easily delete it during a moment of weakness.
On your computer (Chrome browser)
Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "BlockSite".
Install the free BlockSite extension.
Click the extension icon and add your gambling sites.
Enable password protection in the BlockSite settings.
Tip: Do this on every browser you use, not just Chrome.
Dedicated gambling blockers
